Consists primarily of correspondence, minutes, and printed material produced by various civic and political boards, commissions, and committees on which Moore served as President of the Georgia State AFL-CIO. The organizations include the Atlanta Board of Ethics (1965-1971), Atlanta Charter Commission (1971), Fulton County Civil Service Board (1970-1972), and the Governor's Youth Opportunity Council (1967-1971).
